Get Your Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) provides you with data that compares the features of your property to similar properties which are on the market, pending sale, just sold or expired listings. This information will give you a source for determining your home's value. This is a professional assessment of what your house is worth, but not a formal appraisal.

To get a complete CMA, an agent will visit your home and inspect your property to perform a pricing inspection for determining the suggested price for selling your home. Our agent will walk the property and and collect data of features that are "in view." A formal inspection will not be conducted as our agents are not licensed real estate inspectors. We are simply going to determine the selling price of your home. If you have plans to make improvements before selling your home, please let us know so that this information can be included in the CMA.

Once the walk-through is complete, our agents will take the data collected and locate other properties which are comparable to your property. Using our market knowledge, we will complete CMA and submit to you for your review.

The completed CMA can then be used for determining the listing price of the property or for determining remodeling options so as not to "over improve" or "under improve" your property
